Our Party #1 & # 2 party pkgs. includes a 15 min. each Set- up and clean up period. Unless extra time is purchased:) (So we are there for about 2 hrs.) There is no set up time for just pony rides!
Some packages have a maximum riding guest,please do not go over this, or extra charge may apply. There is a up to 65* lbs weight limit on ponies. We do have larger ponies to accommodate up to 80*lbs, (this needs to be ordered before event).______Intl*. No dogs around animals at any time. Please save a parking space with in 50' feet of set up area, or this will delay set up time for party. _____Intl*. Please order straw and ground tarp if on dirt or cement surfaces._______($15.00)extra
Please no ants or biting bugs. For safety reasons we do ask the following :
Please no extreme loud music or sports activities during pony rides.
Make sure sprinkler systems are turned OFF._____ Ponies will need a safe area to give rides. At least a 25"x25" flat area for pony rides.
We also can use back yards, front yards,drive ways ,RV areas,alleys and side walks as long there is no unsafe traffic.
Please make sure all harmful debris example :broken glass, wire and rocks are not in pony path. Intl_____.*
No Balloons,flying objects designs,dressed up charterers, rock walls or other extra horses around the our pony rides ____*
Any special park fees ,or Extra- insurance ,deposits must be paid by host.... Will you need this?_____*.
We need a 10x12" or 20' area for birthday farm. You must have your guest wash hands after handling animals. Children need to be supervised at all times around animals. Anyone 3 yrs or younger must be accommodated by adult. Please have a water available for our containers. Electricity from a extension cord is helpful for pictures. My Pony Go Round puts you and the safety of their animals first. Please understand we may have to substitute any animals services, do to any unforeseen events.
It is to work in the guide lines , welfare and safety of the animals and your guest.Intl_____*.
